From the insect bed in the Bembridge marls of Thorness Bay IOW. Late Eocene 33-37 MY. The part and counterpart have been joined using a slightly different colour to indicate that fact. The part wing is from a Libellulid dragonfly showing differences to known specimens and may well be of an undiscribed species. Tony Mitchell (MFMS member)
